DESIGN REVIEW PANEL

The South East Regional Design Panel provides independent, expert appraisal on design quality. The Panel reviews significant projects, masterplans and planning policy.

The Panel allows developers, planning authorities and local people access to design expertise in a timely and cost effective way.

SERDP bridges the gap between local panels and the national review service of CABE at the Design Council.  It is a unique service, blending expertise with independence, offering clarity and consistency for all involved in the development process.

Having been the first to establish a Regional Panel in 2002, Kent Architecture Centre also has expertise in setting up local design support initiatives, blending local and international expertise to support you.

“The design review process was incredibly useful. No one wanted to compromise any aspect of the development; it allowed us to find a common solution that will achieve everyone’s goals.” Judith Smallman, HCA Project Manager
