Guy Hollaway trained at Brighton University and qualified from the Architectural Association. Guy is principal partner and sole owner of the practice (formerly ctmarchitects) which has offices based in London and Kent. Guy is a national award-winning architect working on a diverse range of projects which include a World Heritage Amusement Theme Park at Dreamland in Margate, a new destination restaurant in Folkestone Harbour, major masterplanning schemes, mixed-use regeneration and educational projects through to one-off bespoke houses in London and the south-east. The practice regularly competes at a national level successfully winning a number of prestigious projects.

Guy lectures at various schools of architecture as well as the RIBA, was regional chairman of the RIBA South East and has been a member of the Design Excellence North Kent panel (DENK). He has also been a design tutor at the University for the Creative Arts at Canterbury for five years and is a visiting tutor at the University of Kent.
